PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
The Planning Board of the Village of South Glens Falls will hold a public hearing on the application for a site plan review for SPS Enterprises LLC, located at 112 Saratoga Ave. This application shall be reviewed pursuant to Chapter 119, Article II, Site Plan Review Procedure, Section 119-7.
This property is located in C-1, Residential Zoning District as established by the Zoning Law of the Code of the Village of South Glens Falls. The site is identified as Tax Map #50.21-1-1.11 on the Village Tax Map.
The hearing will be held on WEDNESDAY, January 11th, 2022, at 5:00 PM at the South Glens Falls Village Hall, 46 Saratoga Avenue, South Glens Falls NY. At that time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
