The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear public comment on the draft of proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2021 which proposes to opt the Village of South Glens Falls, NY out of on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries. A copy of said proposed Local Law is posted at the Village Offices located at 46 Saratoga Avenue, South Glens Falls, NY 12803, and on-line at the Village’s website: www.sgfny.com.
